- 7/9 To mitigate the effects of many students being relatively far from
fully working solutions to proj1, I am increasing the number of slip
hours for the entire semester from 48 to 72. Please see the newsgroup
posting "More Slip Hours" for further details.
- 7/9 To speed up the test-and-debug cycle I've set things up so that
you can test your own proj1 code against the autograder preview tests on
demand. Go to the directory where
your proj1 files are at and type: test-subm proj1
You can also
specify a log file for the second argument if you don't want the
results just printed to the screen. I'll leave this up until the
project deadline of 9pm tonight.
- 7/7 To reward those who have started early on proj1, some preliminary
autograder tests will be run on any submissions made up until Thursday
at 11:59pm. I'll run the tests a couple times per day starting tonight.
The results
will automatically be mailed to your class account.
- 7/3 As stated on the first day course overview, please bring your
Cal Student ID or some kind of photo identification to the exam.
